Frequently asked questions about pricing
- Prices include tax, third-party liability insurance and additional coverage against damage and theft with a deductible. Mileage is unlimited within Argentina.
- The trip starts being charged as soon as you unlock the vehicle with the app. The first 0 to 37 minutes are charged per minute.
- From 0 to 37 minutes you're charged per minute; from 38 to 60 minutes the hourly rate applies; and after 6 continuous hours of use, the daily rate applies.
- We accept Visa, Amex and Mastercard credit cards. We don't currently support debit cards.
- Yes. Cancelling up to 45 minutes in advance is free; between 45 minutes and 24 hours in advance costs 30%; and with less than 24 hours' notice it costs 60% of the booking.
- To operate you need an available balance or credit limit of at least $15,000 ARS on your credit card at the time of booking.
- Yes, you only pay for the fuel you use at a fair price, or you can return the vehicle with the same fuel level you picked it up with.
- The rate includes coverage against damage and theft. The deductible (the amount the user is responsible for in the event of a claim) varies by vehicle model.
